Next Level Counseling and Wellness is an in-network provider for:

  • United Healthcare/Optum

Next Level Counseling and Wellness is a provider for many EAP plans including:

  • Lyra Health 

  • Curalinc Healthcare 

  • Optum

Next Level Counseling and Wellness offers cash-based services and offers limited sliding scale options.

Fees

We accept self pay, in-network insurance policies, and some EAP plans.

​

Self-pay sessions are billed at $200.

​

Insurance plans that are in-network, are billed at the contracted rate.  ​

​

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. FSA, HSA, or HRA funds are accepted towards therapy services.

​

Sliding scale options available to those who qualify.
