Emily Kunash, LCPC, CAADC, CIEC
She/Her/Hers
With a passion for serving others and a commitment to increasing accessibility to mental health services, Emily started Next Level in 2019. She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from Carroll (College) University and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010.
She has extensive training in CTB, DBT, Intuitive Eating, Multiple Channel Exposure Therapy for trauma, and substance use disorders.
Emily treats clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Emily also works with athletes for sports performance improvement.

Counselor-Chicago and Virtual
Elliott Lugo, LCSW, CADC
He/Him/His
Elliott has been providing mental health counseling services in a variety of settings for 13 years. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and from Aurora University in 2016 with a Masters in Social Work.
Elliott is trained in a variety of therapy styles, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology, and Acceptance-Commitment Therapy.
Elliott works with teens and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse, parenting difficulties, building healthy relationships, and finding purpose in life.

Counselor-Virtual
Syreeta Carter, LCSW
Syreeta is a graduate of Kentucky State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Relations and DePaul University in 2015 with a Masters in Social Work. She has been providing mental health counseling and services for over 7 years.
Syreeta’s therapeutic approach consists of cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy. Syreeta's priority is making sure that each client feels valued, empowered, and understood in order to develop new skills to address their problems.
